GIICLZ Intermediate-Shaft Drum Gear Coupling

Compact drum gear coupling for connecting a horizontal intermediate shaft between nominally coaxial shaft lines.
Crowned external teeth allow limited angular displacement and improve tooth contact compared with straight-tooth couplings. The narrow GIICLZ arrangement is compact and permits only limited relative radial displacement.
Typical Application
Horizontal shaft systems using an intermediate shaft where compact size and high torque density are required.
